Sunday Service

Sundays Starting at 10 am

Faith to Faith-Abundant Life Ministries is a place where God’s people unite in the love of the Lord Jesus; a place where we worship the Father and Son in freedom; a place where we are taught to have faith in the authoritative Word of God, irrespective of what is seen, felt or heard to the contrary so that we supernaturally overcome the world and its problems; a place where we grow in the knowledge of the Father and Son such that the Holy Spirit is manifested in an authentic and powerful way; and it is a place where we seek to reveal God’s glory to the world, making disciples of men, women, boys, and girls.

Bible Study

Wednesdays Starting at 7 pm

"Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."                        2 Timothy 2:15

Bible Study is a foundational element of our Church because as we study and learn God’s Word, we are liberated by His truth to become the people that He purposed and purchased for us to become. Through the consistent and diligent study of God’s unchanging Word, His people and Church will become a city on a hill that cannot be hidden; shining His glory through which many will be saved, liberated, and set free.

What We Believe

The Godhead

We believe in one God Who is the Creator of all things (Genesis 1:1), holy, infinitely perfect, and eternally existing in the unity of three equally divine Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (John 14:11, John 16:13-15).

God the Father

We believe that God the Father is the first person of the Godhead and is eternal, unchanging, all-powerful, all-knowing, all-wise, all-loving, completely just, perfectly holy, and is the sovereign Ruler and Sustainer of all creation. He is the Father and Lord of our Savior Jesus Christ and the Father of all true believers in Christ. (Genesis 1:1, Ephesians 4:6, John 1:12-13, John 5:19-21, John 17:1-5, Isaiah 40:21-28, Isaiah 43:10-13, Isaiah 46:8-11, Romans 8:14-16). We believe that God created Adam and Eve in His image, yet they sinned when tempted by Satan (Genesis 1:27, Genesis 3:6). Through Adam, human beings are sinful by nature and choice, are alienated from God, and are under His wrath except for the saving and redemptive work of Jesus Christ, through Whom man can be rescued, reconciled and renewed (Romans 5:12 &15).

God the Son

We believe that Jesus Christ is the promised Messiah, conceived through the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary (Luke 1:26-33). As God incarnate, fully God and fully man (Philippians 2:6-7), Jesus lived a sinless life (Hebrews 4:15), was crucified (John 19:18), died (John 19:30), arose bodily from the dead, and ascended into Heaven (Acts 1:9-11) and now sits at the right hand of God the Father as our High Priest and Advocate (Mark 16:19, Hebrews 4:14-16). We believe that Jesus’ shed blood on the cross and the wrath of the Father upon Him was an all-sufficient sacrifice for our sins (Hebrews 10:10, Isaiah 53:10a&b). Jesus’ atoning death and victorious resurrection constitutes the only ground for salvation (John 14:6).

God the Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit glorifies the Lord Jesus Christ (Mark 1:9-11), John 17:22), He convicts the world of its guilt, He regenerates sinners, and in Him they are baptized into union with Christ and adopted as heirs into the family of God (John 3:5). The Holy Spirit also indwells, illuminates, comforts, guides, equips and empowers believers for Christ-like living and service (John 16:7, 13-15).

The Church

We believe that the true Church is comprised of all who have been justified by God’s grace through faith alone in Christ alone. They are united by the Holy Spirit in the body of Christ, of which Christ is the head (Colossians 1:18). The true Church is manifested in local churches, comprised of believers in Christ (1 Corinthians 12:12-13 & 27). The Lord mandated two ordinances among believers; baptism (Matthew 28:19) and the Lord’s Supper (Luke 22:14-20), both of which can be accomplished in a corporate Church setting. Though these ordinances are not the means of salvation (Ephesians 2:8-9), when celebrated by the Church in genuine faith, they confirm and nourish the believer.

God’s Provision

We believe that God’s justifying grace must not be separated from His sanctifying power (2 Corinthians 12:9). The grace we receive from God through faith in Jesus Christ is the equivalent of love and provision; mercy and power (2 Corinthians 9:8), Romans 5:17). Through God’s Word, faith in Jesus’ atoning work, and the power of the Holy Spirit, followers of Christ are to live faith-filled abundant lives (2 Corinthians 5:7, John 10:10). In that regard, we are to combat the spiritual forces of evil that would come against us to steal, kill and destroy because greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4). We believe that the same power that raised Jesus from the dead resides in us (Romans 8:11); therefore, as Jesus is, so are we in the world (1 John 4:17).

Love

We hold in the highest esteem the two greatest commandments which are to love our God supremely and others sacrificially (Matthew 22:36-39). We further believe that our faith to overcome the world and its problems works by love (Galatians 5:6).

Our Commission

We believe that followers of Christ are to make disciples of all people, always bearing witness to the Gospel in word, deed, and through the manifested power of Christ working in and through us (Mark 16:15-18). We believe that God commands everyone everywhere to believe the Gospel by turning to Him in repentance and receiving the Lord Jesus Christ (Mark 1:15).

The Return of Christ

We believe in the personal and bodily return of our Lord Jesus Christ (John 14:3, Acts 1:11). Therefore, the coming of Christ, at a time known only to God (Matthew 24:36), demands constant expectancy and motivates us to Godly living, sacrificial service and the manifestation of God’s glory and power in and through His Church (Matthew 5:14-16). We believe that, at such time when Christ returns, God will raise the dead bodily and judge the world, assigning the unbeliever to condemnation and eternal punishment and the believer to eternal blessedness and joy with the Lord in the new Heaven and Earth (Revelation 20:11-15, Revelation 21:1-8), to the praise of His glorious name.

Amen.

Giving

"One gives freely, yet grows all the richer; another withholds what he should give, and only suffers want. Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered."

Proverbs 11:24-25

One of the oldest principals in the Bible is that of sowing and reaping. As you sow, so shall you reap. Yet, you must sow with an expectation that God will bless that which is sown in faith and love, knowing that God desires to bless others and you through your faith-filled giving. You see, our giving is designed by God to reap a supernatural harvest: for His Kingdom and for ourselves. Therefore, do not give under compulsion or as a result of tradition; rather, give expectantly, freely, and cheerfully, anticipating a bountiful harvest.
